WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched.
- 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.
- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Items should be received within 1-2 weeks of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery. For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 5 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.
Extremely high demand items: sometimes you can expect 2-6 weeks for shipping. Be patient. If after 6 weeks you didn't get your items we will send the items again at no cost for you or give you a full refund.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our fulfillment house is located in North America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, China and Brazil.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. WHERE DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?
Most tracking will be found using USPS.com. We will send you the tracking code. Canada: Once your packages crosses the Canadian border, your tracking will be found on CanadaPost.ca and will no longer be found on USPS.com
If you wish to get a exchange, return an item or refund please contact us.
- Customer will have to cover their own shipping cost for the returning.
- For damaged goods, please contact support with a picture of the damage to get a replacement or refund.
